About Me
My goal is to help women get aligned with their truest desires for their birthing experience.
As a young, soon to be mother, I was separated from the safety of the generational knowledge of my maternal lineage, and I felt I had no place left to seek guidance. I placed myself into the medical system to “teach me about birth.” In my ignorance, I trusted the system to “save” me and keep me safe. I had 3 vaginal births that were anything BUT safe, and left me disempowered and traumatized. Now I understand that a safe birth is a physiological birth that is without intervention from the system. As my teacher and mentor says, “the way we live life is the way we give birth.” And at that time in my life I wasn't yet ready for full responsibility for my choices. I was still in my adolescent mind that said “someone else knows what is best for me.”
Empowering Your Birth
I went from “I need my doctors approval and permission” to “This is what we as women were made for, and that I alone know what's best for me and my baby.” And I am deeply inspired to educate clients and walk this path alongside them giving them the tools and resources they need to choose what is aligned for them without judgement.
Every birth is unique and changes the landscape of who we are. And every birth is the exact energetic match for each individual woman.

Why Should You Trust Me?
My journey began with intensive professional training under Eyla Cuenca of Uncovering Birth, completing a 5-month doula certification program and immediately continuing with an additional rigorous 8-week Birth Educator training to earn my certificate in Birth Education.
Beyond my formal training, I've gained valuable hands-on experience supporting families through diverse birth settings:
Attended 5 live births in professional capacity
Supported 4 additional births as a personal support person
Experience spans multiple birth environments including:
2 home births
1 cesarean birth
1 hospital vaginal birth
1 birth center birth (witnessing my baby sister’s birth when I was 16)
Facts About Me
just for fun
I love my tribe of incredible women, and I host a group that we lovingly call "Brunchy B*tches" that meets up once a month to connect and keep the feeling of tribe alive. I would be lost without the friendship and love each member provides.
I have lived in Southern Utah my entire life, but my favorite place to be is by the ocean. (Even though I don't swim and I have a bit of fear of the water).
My dream is to have a small homestead where I can love on my people and have a place to grow into the best version of myself complete with chickens, cows, and alpacas.
